Wedding at The Addison Boca Raton | Alexandra + Kyle
A classic wedding at The Addison Boca Raton can be truly elegant & chic. The unique South Florida venue’s architecture is filled with old-world elegance with hints of its tropical location. The Addison Boca Raton’s grand venue is the setting of Alexandra and Kyle’s wedding. These two met briefly before the COVID-19 pandemic lock down. While it was a scary time, the pandemic allowed Alexandra and Kyle the space to prioritize each other. They took a whirlwind trip to Key West and have been inseparable since!
Once entering The Addison Boca Raton, you find yourself immersed in historic architecture and a gorgeous courtyard filled with 100-year old banyan trees. As a Miami photographer, I love a South Florida venue with charm! One of my favorite aspects of capturing weddings is seeing how a couple can transform a venue to match their love story. Alexandra (Alex) and Kyle did just that by incorporating their love of golf and tropical floral arrangements into their wedding details creating an elegant destination wedding, but with an urban feel to it.
The day started by meeting Alex and her squad at the venue where they were all getting ready. I just love walking into a room full of love and excitement! Once ready, Alex did a first look with her bridesmaids, father, and soon to be husband, Kyle. Let me tell you, the happiest of tears came from everyone. It was a beautiful moment to capture that I feel every couple should include on their wedding day!
A Tropical Wedding at The Addison Boca Raton
The classic feel of The Addison Boca Raton along with its historic charm made for some great bride and groom portraits. Alex and Kyle were having a great time really enjoying the moment of their wedding day. The way they just look at each other is so heartwarming! Kyle proposed to Alex at a local winery near Kyle’s family vacation home in the North Carolina mountains. They had visited the winery more than a year prior to the engagement and a bottle of wine near the river. This was the location where they had one of their best days ever!
The wedding ceremony was so beautiful! The decor reminded me of a destination wedding. The Addison Boca Raton’s courtyard had an upper level that gave us a wonderful point of view of the ceremony where you can really see its beauty. After exchanging their vows, Alex and Kyle share their first kiss as newlyweds in front of their loved ones. Don’t they just look so happy!
Alex and Kyle join the festivities at the wedding reception surrounded by all their loved ones eager to celebrate the newlyweds. They have an epic first dance in the center of the reception hall and look inseparable! The rest of the night is filled with joy, dancing, great toasts, and yummy cake. I left the newlyweds dancing the night away with their closest family and friends. I am so honored to be able to capture this epic day for you two! It was remarkable and I wish you both all the happiness in the world as you continue your journey together as husband and wife!
