Wedding at Living Sculpture Sanctuary | Sierra + Blake

A natural outdoor wedding at the Living Sculpture Sanctuary is truly magical. The luscious plant life and cascading waterfall setting is the ideal venue for Sierra and Blake. They met in high school when they were set up as prom dates senior year! Two weeks later they said “I love you”. Two months later Blake followed Sierra to Tallahassee for college. Which brings us to March 26th of 2022, 8 years later, where they are ready to say “I do”.  What a magical set up that was!

There is no secret that the Living Sculpture Sanctuary is one of my absolute favorite locations. It is an incredible getaway from the hustle and bustle of South Florida with its plant life, hundred-year-old oak tree, waterfalls, and zen-garden. These elements create amazing opportunities for me, as a Miami photographer, to capture the natural beauty of a couple. The sun comes across as ethereal at the Living Sculpture Sanctuary creating such divine moments. Sierra and Blake added personal details to the venue creating their special lush garden wedding.

Sierra loves Blake’s constant growth, openness to new ideas, his supportiveness, and that he is goofball. When I met these two I knew today was going to be great! Their chemistry during bride and groom portraits came across so loving and fun. One of their favorite things to do as a couple is to go out to see the stars. You can tell they see the stars within each other too.

the newlyweds have just said their vows in front of their closest friends and family. as they make their way down the aisle they share a kiss as newlyweds.

Sierra and Blake said “I do” surrounded by all their closest family and friends with such a beautiful landscape of green. The newlyweds headed to their reception area greeted by all their attendees. You just knew everyone shared Sierra and Blake’s excitement on this day. The positive energy in the room never went down from Sierra and Blake’s first dance, bouquet & garter toss, the cake cutting, and what seemed as an endless night of dancing. Congratulations Sierra and Blake! I am so grateful for being able to capture a beautiful chapter in your love story. I wish you both a lifetime of adventures, amazing vegan desserts, and happiness.
