A gorgeous mansion wedding at Villa Woodbine can be truly whimsical! The Mediterranean-Renaissance aesthetic of the venue is the perfect setting for the lovely newlyweds Marisa and Ian. Villa Woodbine is located just south of downtown Miami, FL in one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods. The mansion has Spanish inspired archways and is made of Cuban craftsmanship that truly made Marisa and Ian’s wedding an unforgettable day!

A Relaxed Tented Reception at Villa Woodbine

In planning their wedding at Villa Woodbine, Marisa and Ian wanted their guest to feel relaxed and share in the love of their day. Their inspiration for the venue was a formal garden party. Marisa and Ian’s use of whimsical bright flowers really elevates the experience of their wedding day to achieve that formal garden party feel!

Marisa looked so beautiful on her special day! The Villa Woodbine’s Spanish architecture made for the most amazing backdrop for bridal portraits throughout the mansion. Marisa was most excited to spend her wedding day with Ian and loved ones. Her dress and whimsical flowers were also part of Marisa’s excitement. Just look at how stunning her dress is!

First looks are one of my favorite moments because of these reactions right here! You can just see the deep emotion within Ian and Marissa. You have to agree that these two are absolutely adorable and we got to capture this beautiful moment. Trust me Ian, we had the same reaction seeing Marisa in her dress!

Marisa and Ian said their vows on the terrace of the Villa Woodbine. From their first look to seeing each other at the altar, you can tell they have so much fun together and are just in love! Marisa and Ian both wanted a venue where they can share their love with their closest family and friends. I am so glad to be able to capture those feelings!

From getting ready to dancing the night away, Marisa and Ian’s wedding at Villa Woodbine was everything they wanted and more! It was a true joy of mine to be able to capture all the feelings of the day. I wish you both nothing but all the love, laughter, and excitement as you continue your life together in the next chapter of your love story as husband and wife!
