Wedding at the Historic Walton House | Haley + Kyle

The Historic Walton House, established in 1919,  is a gorgeous venue with luscious plants and home to some exotic animals in Florida. The Walton House was the perfect venue for plant lover, Haley, and animal lover, Kyle. It was almost like the venue was designed for these two lovebirds! They got married in December of 2021 surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Haley and Kyle chose to have an intimate wedding at the Historic Walton House. They love the idea of traditional weddings, but Haley never imagined having a giant wedding with all flashy things. They preferred to have an intimate wedding where they knew everyone who attended to be able to fully celebrate their love. An intimate wedding allowed them to enjoy the simple romance and desert boho vibe they were going for. I loved every detail in their wedding! It was so fun to see how Haley and Kyle incorporated a mixture of their wedding colors of rust, olive, sage green, mustard, and ivories to bring out their style. My favorite detail was seeing their dog as their table placements. Aren’t they just adorable?

Haley was so excited for Kyle to get a first look! The amazing greenery at the Historic Walton House was the perfect backdrop to do so. She looked so gorgeous in her outfit and I think Kyle agrees. It was truly heartwarming to see the love these two have for each other!

Outdoor Winter Wedding Ceremony at The Historic Walton House

Haley and Kyle said their “I do's” surrounded by loved ones. Everyone was so happy for them–there might have been some teary eyes spotted too! Their desert boho vibe had a ‘70s and ‘80s flair when it came to their cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Haley and Kyle wanted their wedding to reflect their personalities so they curated a playlist with all of their favorite ‘70s and ‘80s music to jam to after their ceremony.

After their ceremony, Haley and Kyle danced the night away with their loved ones surrounded by lights and sparklers. Their celebration was full of laughs, funky dance moves, and a Little Mermaid performance of “Kiss the Girl”! Their intimate wedding at the Historic Walton House is one for the books! It was so much fun being able to capture their special day. I am so grateful for the opportunity to get to know you both. I want to wish you both many laughs, many nights of dancing to ‘70s and ‘80s music, and the best the world has to offer.
